Put the flap meat and the sauce in a ziplock bag. Zip it
shut and squish the meat around so that all the pieces are fully covered in sauce. Put in the refrigerator to marinate 1
hour or up to 24 hours.
Heat the grill to medium high. Grill 3-4 minutes on one
side. Flip and grill another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
Two secret ingredients
Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce
- This stuff is seriously good.
So good, it is hard to justify making your own teriyaki sauce.
It is also great on chicken, salmon and vegetables.
Costco beef loin
- Costco sells some very good meat at great prices.
Their flap meat is perfect for teriyaki, but also great for carne asada.
