Teriyaki beef

Yield 8 servings

  • 3 pounds of beef loin flap meat
  • 1/2 bottle Soy Vay Veri Veri teriyaki sauce
  • A 1 gallon ziplock bag

  1. Put the flap meat and the sauce in a ziplock bag. Zip it shut and squish the meat around so that all the pieces are fully covered in sauce. Put in the refrigerator to marinate 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  2. Heat the grill to medium high. Grill 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and grill another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Two secret ingredients

Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce - This stuff is seriously good. So good, it is hard to justify making your own teriyaki sauce. It is also great on chicken, salmon and vegetables.

Costco beef loin flap meat - Costco sells some very good meat at great prices. Their flap meat is perfect for teriyaki, but also great for carne asada.
