Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 to 4 garlic colves, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 (6 to 8 oz each) salmon fillets

Directions

  • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper
  • Cook fillets 5 to 10 minutes, until opaque throughout and fish flakes easily
