Ingredients
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 to 4 garlic colves, minced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
4 (6 to 8 oz each) salmon fillets
Directions
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper
Cook fillets 5 to 10 minutes, until opaque throughout and fish flakes easily
